Right now I'm offering an in home training service geared towards stay at home moms. I will come in your home at a time that is convenient for you, whether the kids are napping or off playing, and teach you how you can have an amazing work out from your own home. You will learn fun, safe and effective exercises that you can do using a minimal amount of equipment and items around your home.
